1 General Terms

930k is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 930k and the platform user ("Member").

By registering on the platform, the Member acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other related rules. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to stop using the platform's services.

930k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Revised Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Continued use of the platform after any change means the Member has accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. If a translation in any other language exists, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Management

An active account is required to use 930k services. Members must provide accurate and complete information at registration and must update that information promptly if anything changes.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same name, the same mobile number, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonuses being cancelled.

2.2 Identity Verification

930k reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any stage. Verification may require a copy of a government-issued ID, mobile number verification, or other relevant information. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping account login details (username and password) confidential is the Member's own responsibility. If unauthorised access to an account occurs, the Member must contact 930k immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

3 Age Restrictions and Eligibility

At registration, the Member declares that they are not under 21 years of age. If a false age is provided, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

930k specifically requests that steps be taken to prevent underage members of a household from accessing the platform. Parents or guardians may use device locks or parental controls where needed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions on 930k can be made using four mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• The mobile number or account used to make a deposit must be registered in the Member's own name.
• Deposits from a third party's mobile wallet are not accepted. 930k bears no liability for returning or crediting funds in such cases.
• Deposits are usually credited to the account automatically; if there is a delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal funds are generally sent within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet that is registered on the Member's account and was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be partially or fully restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• 930k reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual withdrawal requests.

4.3 Transaction Liability

If a transaction is delayed due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, 930k will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible; however, the platform is not directly responsible for delays caused by external factors.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

930k runs various bonus offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and Members should understand those terms carefully before accepting a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To activate this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw winnings from the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once and cannot be used together with another bonus unless specifically stated.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 930k reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the associated account.
• If a bonus offer is for a limited time, it will expire if not used within the specified period.
• Bonuses do not apply to deposits made using a third party's account or payment method.

6 Betting Rules

All bets on 930k are accepted in accordance with applicable rules. Separate rules apply to each category — casino games, slots, and sports betting.

6.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is considered final once a confirmation message is displayed.
• If a bet is not completed due to a disconnection, the result will be determined according to server logs.
• 930k reserves the right to correct any odds or payouts that were incorrectly given due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded, though specific rules may apply depending on the situation.
• In-play rules do not apply to bets placed before a match starts.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection's odds will be counted as 1.00 and the remaining bet will stay active.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

Each game or betting category may have a set maximum win limit. If this limit is exceeded, the excess amount will not be paid out. The applicable limit is displayed next to the game or betting market.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 930k. Breaching these prohibitions may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Opening an account with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial bet patterns for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using software, bots, automated programs, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform's services for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems.
• Engaging in collaborative or coordinated betting with other Members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false, defamatory, or harmful information about the platform or its Members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

930k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of, or reasonable suspicion of, a breach of the Terms.
• During an investigation into fraud or bonus abuse.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).

A Member may also request account closure at any time. In this case, any withdrawable balance at the time of the request will be returned, but the bonus balance will be considered void.

9 Data Protection and Privacy

Details on the collection, storage, and use of Members' personal information are provided in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms is also considered acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

930k uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect Member data. However, the platform is not responsible for data breaches resulting from weaknesses in the Member's own device or network.

Certain information may be shared with relevant authorities where required to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or ensure platform security.

11 Right to Amend Terms

930k reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify Members by email or through the platform.

Revised Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site. Continued use of the platform after a change means the Member has accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may close your account and stop using the service.

Changes will not take immediate effect on currently active bets or ongoing wagering processes — those will be completed under the previous Terms.
